Andrei Panov exits from Freight One’s Board of Directors

Andrei Panov steps down as an independent director of Freight One due to his departure from Russia and the decision to exit all of his projects in the country connected to plans of pursuing his career outside of Russia.

Freight One’s Chairman of the Board of Directors Alexander Voloshin thanked Andrei Panov for his contribution as the independent director and member of key Board committees to company’s strategic development and wished him all the best in his future business achievements.
