Freight One signed a collective agreement for 3 years
The document will enter into force on January 1, 2020. The new agreement, signed by Sergey Karataev, the Director General of Freight One (PGK) and Mikhail Tsidilin, the Chairman of the company trade union, regulates social and labor relations between employees and the employer.
“Freight One is interested in attracting and retaining the best market specialists. The collective agreement guarantees our employees social protection and confirms the status of an attractive employer,” Sergey Karataev said.
In addition to generally accepted social guarantees regulated by the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, the new collective agreement retains additional benefits for employees of Freight One such as provision of voluntary health insurance policies, lump-sum payments in the amount of one salary for annual paid leave and material assistance provided in various life situations.
“A set of social opportunities is especially important for families with children. They receive payments for the birth of a child, for admission to first grade, as well as compensation for a private kindergarten. Situations are different, and a collective agreement gives an employee the opportunity to count on company support. We believe that such additional conditions are important for employees of Freight One, and we keep them,” Mikhail Tsidilin, the Chairman of the primary trade union organization of Freight One, said.
